By using our services, you indicate your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as any modifications made prior to your arrival. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the conditions governing your reservation. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory requirement for finalizing your reservation and accessing the apartment facilities.
The TENANT confirms having carefully read the apartment descriptions and fully accepts the condition and services offered in the rented accommodation.
The
TENANT agrees to only request the services detailed in the corresponding listing for their reservation and acknowledges that any services not mentioned will not be available for use.
RESIDENCE
Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the property during the rental period. The maximum number of occupants will be as indicated in the listing contracted by the tenant.
Exceeding the established number of residents or overnight guests is strictly prohibited.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The rental agreement starts at 4:00 PM on the specified check-in date and ends at 11:00 AM on the specified check-out date.
The normal check-in time is from 4:00 PM onward, though this may be flexible and negotiable if there are no reservations immediately before or after your stay.
The TENANT agrees to provide their approximate arrival and departure times at least 24 hours in advance.
SMART LOCK CODES DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:
Each guest must provide an official identification document via the provided check-in process.
If the reservation was paid with a credit card, the person who made the payment must be present at check-in with the physical credit card and their ID.
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay varies depending on the accommodation and/or season (please consult the detailed description of each accommodation).
PRICES
Prices are always displayed in GBP (£) and may vary depending on the time of year or special events.
The Londonian Residences (Paramount Rentals UK Limited) reserves the right to adjust prices, which will be automatically updated on the website.
BOOKING PROCESS
Our automated availability and pricing system allows you to select your preferred property and instantly book it online.
The total rental amount, as specified in the booking, must be paid in advance.
At the time of booking, the TENANT will pay 100% of the reservation (including cleaning fees).
If the provided credit card is invalid and the charge cannot be processed, a team member will contact you via the provided phone or email. Failure to update payment details or respond may result in cancellation, confirmed via email.
Paramount Homes will notify the TENANT of any payment non-compliance. If payment is not completed within 48 hours of the first notification, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Once payment is completed, the reservation will be instantly confirmed, and you will receive a welcome email with all booking details.
ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY
The Londonian Residences (Paramount Rentals UK Limited) commits to protecting customer data in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Londonian Residences reserves the right to require a security deposit to cover potential damages to the property, furniture, or unpaid bills by the TENANT.
The deposit must be paid alongside the booking payment and will be refunded within 7 business days after departure if no significant damages or missing items are found.
Paramount Homes has 10 business days after the stay to inspect for damages and notify the TENANT of repair or replacement costs.
PARTY LIABILITY CLAUSE
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rented property and the tenant must avoid any noise from 23:00 pm to 8 am.
Any fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from disturbances or police intervention will be the sole responsibility of the TENANT, who will indemnify the landlord from any liability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
· Reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Failure to notify the cancellation in writing may result in the charge for the full stay.
Paramount Homes strongly recommends travel insurance to avoid issues
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you subscribe to travel insurance when traveling.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS BY PARAMOUNT HOMES
If accommodation cannot be occupied due to overbooking or unforeseen circumstances not attributable to The Londonian Residences (Paramount Rentals UK Limited), we will contact the customer as soon as possible and attempt to find an alternative, offering other accommodations of equal or superior characteristics. If such an option is not possible, or if you do not accept the change or modification, the reservation will be canceled, and all amounts paid will be immediately refunded. No subsequent claims or demands will be admissible in such cases.
CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT:
Payments made for rental by the TENANT are non-refundable. If the TENANT cancels the reservation less than thirty-one (14) days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total reservation amount as rent.
If the TENANT cancels the reservation before entering the accommodation, all payments made for cleaning and deposit will always be refunded.
If the TENANT cancels after entering the Property, payments made for rent and cleaning will not be refundable, and the deposit will be returned after the corresponding checks.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS BY THE CLIENT
If the Tenant decides to subsequently change or modify the check-in/check-out dates or the number of people for a confirmed reservation, Paramount Homes (MC Operators SL) commits to finding a satisfactory solution whenever possible. However, the total price will not be adjusted if the length of stay or the number of guests is reduced for the previously reserved stay.
If a change in accommodation is requested, the TENANT must cancel the previously confirmed reservation according to the cancellation policy and then make a new reservation.
